Edward was great. I made an error and ordered an extra pair of shoes. E-mailed them and explained my issue. Got reply that it would be a day or 2 before i would hear back. To my surprise i received an email from Edward saying he had adjusted my order and a refund was on the way. I am well beyond pleased. Thank you Edward!
