I ordered two pairs of shoes in October2025 and did not received them! It took a long time for the goods to get to Australia(I thought the company was based in USA). Unfortunately I had put the wrong house number on the order so it was undelivered. As soon as I realised my mistake I emailed the company with the correct address.I was informed that the goods had been sent back to the company. and that I would have to pay for shipping. I agreed and expected delivery…. My emails clearly stated the correct address. Now into January I was offered a store credit of $8.60. I was insulted and demanded a full refund. The company emailed me to say that I could get a refund minus $15.00 for postage. I agreed to this. I would receive my refund between 3/5 business days and the monies would be put back on my card. I have emailed back several times and have not received a response nor my money. It is now 1 March 2026.I am beyond angry and I will not be dealing with this company again.

I made a dumm error in my order,and panicked ." You don't correct order errors after 6 hours" oh yes you do! I emailed you,and within 10 minutes had an answer from Rizzo with a question as how to correct it. THEN 15 minutes later they had it corrected with an explanation. THAT is service.
Sorry someone has to work on Sunday,but I am forever grateful. Kay Wilson

Walking, no pain, don’t fall, perfect for bad icy weather non slipping, and love water proof!
When you walk in them you have such better control, balance and actually feel younger and more confident in every step!
My husband has fallen so many times from balance issues and I don’t know how but he actually gets his balance corrected automatically!
You should see the look on his face that he doesn’t fall!
Vertigo is being corrected and not as dizzy!
Is so good seeing his confidence is getting stronger!
I want to thank you so very much for your shoes!

Exceptional Support and Comfortable Boots

After purchasing two pairs of boots that turned out to be defective, I faced challenges returning them. However, the support team provided me with a store credit that exceeded my original spending, allowing me to make a new purchase. Great footwear that alleviates foot pain!

I'm really impressed with these shoes. They have significantly eased my foot pain, and I own several pairs. I plan to buy more in the future. There was a hiccup with the local delivery service for my latest order, but the support team handled it excellently and ensured my shoes arrived.

Great shoes despite a shipping hiccup

I encountered a minor issue with shipping and attempted to cancel my order. They informed me that it wasn't possible since it was already in transit. Eventually, I received the shoes and I'm thrilled with them. I'm usually barefoot whenever possible and have a strong dislike for shoes. However, I absolutely love these and will definitely order them again!
