Had Battery Storage and a Immersion Heater installed last year. Have been trying to contact the company for some time to check how the system is working as the APP they recommended is no longer working. No reply from the 2 directors who were VERY quick to reply when they wanted the business/payment. No reply from calls to the office... V Poor. Will not use again.
