Review Time
On purchasing an EV we needed a charger installing, at the same time decided solar might be a wise investment. We had 4 companies quote for the work and all came with slightly different configurations. Pearl Energy fully understood our requirements and came with a competitive quote. We had Ohme EV charger and Solax 10KW battery storage and 15 Solar panels. There was no hard sell. Everything was explained as to how the system would work for us and all our questions were answered. Both Alex and Brad made contact and kept us up to speed with installation and the whole process.
Installation was very efficient. The guys helped with downloading the App and explaining how it all works.
One of the reasons we selected Pearl was the fact that after installation and arranging all the certification Alex came out to us in order to get us signed up to the correct tariff with our energy supplier. Taking all the stress away from us.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process easy.
This is a relatively young company but Im sure their professionalism and desire too get it right for the customer will see them succeeded in a competitive market.
I have left doing the review until 6 moths after installation in order to see if there were any teething problems. There have not been any.

Had Battery Storage and a Immersion Heater installed last year. Have been trying to contact the company for some time to check how the system is working as the APP they recommended is no longer working. No reply from the 2 directors who were VERY quick to reply when they wanted the business/payment. No reply from calls to the office... V Poor. Will not use again.
Pearl Energy have been excellent. Our solar panels were fitted quickly by attentive experienced friendly staff. The work was done very professionally. The aftercare of setting up the account and exporting energy to the grid has been exemplary. I would recommend Pearl Energy to anyone.
Booked an appointment to discuss options, and based on resent interactions with several other installers their face to face customer service was the best.Plenty of opportunity for questions and honest and forthright, shook hands that evening and have not looked back since, installation is May 2025.
