Communication is slow at best. Emails take days to answer. And when you purchase a policy or renew a policy, it takes several days to get any response to know if you are covered. Communication is key and they have fallen short with this transaction.

Phil was a pleasure to deal with and followed up from a conversation from last year.The only negative issue is that the original quote was revised upward because the underwriter information was entered incorrectly. The amount was not significant and I agreed to the change. Other than that, the quote was much less than quotes I received from local insurers.
