My experience with Pearl Organisation has been very disappointing. They appeared more money-minded than service-oriented. For even small projects, once one person agrees and takes payment, they disappear, and suddenly a new account manager or project manager is introduced every week who has no idea about the project details.Communication has been extremely poor. I had to repeatedly explain the same requirements to different people, which wasted a lot of time. There was no proper ownership or accountability.As a startup, we trusted them and invested money expecting professional support, but instead, we felt taken advantage of. The delays, confusion, and lack of clarity made the entire process stressful and unproductive.Overall, it felt like they used a startup’s urgency and limited resources to keep the project going without delivering real value. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before committing money.
