I had a great experience working with EIS Pearl Organisation for my website design project. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, creativity, and technical expertise.
If "negative points" were an option, PEARL ORGANISATION would earn a -100. Save your breath, your time, and your hard-earned money. They are masters of the "big promise" to secure your business, but the moment the payment clears, the nightmare begins. Expect to be ignored and given the run-around for months on end.
Total Lack of Expertise and Ethics
This firm possesses neither the talent nor the resources to manage a professional project. They rely on inexperienced coders who lack basic programming knowledge. Most alarmingly, I paid for a genuine WordPress theme, only to discover they installed a cracked version and pocketed the difference. This isn't just incompetence; it’s a blatant scam.
Deceptive Tactics and Sabotage
A word of caution: Do not give this company full access to your website. They have been known to deliberately take sites offline, only to claim there is a "technical issue" so they can upsell you on unnecessary software and products. Their business model is built on excuses and manipulation.
Legal Action and Victim Outreach
I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them in India. If you have been victimized by this company and have lost thousands of dollars, please reach out to me immediately. Let’s hold them accountable together.
Just two days after the first deposit they asked for another payment for a subscription and they kept insisting that I had to pay so I asked for them to send me a signed contract by there CEO stating that they should deliver the project in 14 day or else they will refund me the money..3.5 month later they didn't finish the project and they are refusing to pay me the refund do work with them
My experience with Pearl Organisation has been very disappointing. They appeared more money-minded than service-oriented. For even small projects, once one person agrees and takes payment, they disappear, and suddenly a new account manager or project manager is introduced every week who has no idea about the project details.Communication has been extremely poor. I had to repeatedly explain the same requirements to different people, which wasted a lot of time. There was no proper ownership or accountability.As a startup, we trusted them and invested money expecting professional support, but instead, we felt taken advantage of. The delays, confusion, and lack of clarity made the entire process stressful and unproductive.Overall, it felt like they used a startup’s urgency and limited resources to keep the project going without delivering real value. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before committing money.
Do NOT Use Them... Theives.Totally wiped off... They pretend to do things and the person you talk with has no clue.Then they send you another bill and they say it is for a subscription.. but there isn't.Stay away from these thieving scammers from India... .
Team is good having decent knowledge and also good in communication. One incident happened with my project that some issue came in my website I was little angry but the way they scheduled the call and their whole team is on that call just to convince me that they will resolve the issue ASAP. And they really resolved the issue within few hours.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.The project was delayed multiple times with no proper communication. They installed unauthorized plugins on my website without approval, which resulted in a malware attack and serious security issues.Communication was almost zero throughout the project, and they took no responsibility for the problems they caused. Because of their negligence and delays, my business suffered losses for nearly two months.I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or professional service.
PearlOrganisation has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Their lack of responsibility and basic communication can seriously damage small businesses.They may appear friendly at the beginning, but once your initial contract is done, the attitude changes. They suddenly start pressuring you for new, unexpected services and additional charges. They become extremely pushy, messaging and emailing constantly, sometimes every 30 minutes, asking if the latest invoice has been paid. It is completely unacceptable behaviour from any service provider.The biggest problem was their refusal to give us access to our own website. I contacted them on numerous occasions asking for login details so we could update and maintain our site. They ignored messages, made empty promises, and never provided the access we needed. Because of this incompetence, we were forced to delete everything they built and recreate the website ourselves just so we could have control over our own content. The loss of time and resources was entirely avoidable.Yes, they are cheap, but there is a reason for that. My advice to other small business owners: spend a little more money and save yourself from this unprofessional organisation. In the long run, they will cost you far more than a legitimate, reliable company ever would.
