PearlOrganisation has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Their lack of responsibility and basic communication can seriously damage small businesses.They may appear friendly at the beginning, but once your initial contract is done, the attitude changes. They suddenly start pressuring you for new, unexpected services and additional charges. They become extremely pushy, messaging and emailing constantly, sometimes every 30 minutes, asking if the latest invoice has been paid. It is completely unacceptable behaviour from any service provider.The biggest problem was their refusal to give us access to our own website. I contacted them on numerous occasions asking for login details so we could update and maintain our site. They ignored messages, made empty promises, and never provided the access we needed. Because of this incompetence, we were forced to delete everything they built and recreate the website ourselves just so we could have control over our own content. The loss of time and resources was entirely avoidable.Yes, they are cheap, but there is a reason for that. My advice to other small business owners: spend a little more money and save yourself from this unprofessional organisation. In the long run, they will cost you far more than a legitimate, reliable company ever would.
