Please kindly refund my amount paid online £ 160, as exam was denied today due to wrong date of birth. Your website was not working properly and slow as a result wrong date got picked up. After booking completed the error was identified which was late and even called your customer service several times no help. I need my full refund or else I will have to report to Home office and Media and your license will be removed from Home Office - U.K.
