This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I contacted support and was on hold for over 2 hours without receiving a proper update or resolution. The entire score review process is completely unclear and lacks transparency, which is unacceptable for a paid professional exam that affects people’s futures. My case is urgent, and the delays are intolerable. As a native English speaker and a senior IT professional, the scores I received do not accurately reflect my real-world skills.
