I took my PTE exam on February 16, 2026 and still have not received my score.
I contacted support multiple times and was repeatedly told to wait 2–3 or 3–5 days, but nothing has been resolved.
This delay has caused me to miss my Master’s application deadline, which is a serious consequence of poor service.
I have already submitted a formal complaint, but there is still no resolution.
I urgently request the release of my score and a compensation voucher due to this unacceptable delay.
