After waiting a long time for the proctor, my exam was abruptly canceled due to an alleged violation that was never explained. I didn't move from my spot while waiting, and there was no violation. Now I'm on hold with customer service for almost 30 minutes, and it feels like they don't care about the issues participants face. My previous successful experiences make this current situation completely unacceptable. I advise against using their services.
