Oh my goodness what a shit show! Pearson Vue, has a way of making a stressful situation from the beginning to the end. From customer service to the horrible website. Schedule an exam at a local community college. Paid for everything and showed up to the campus and the entire campus was closed. None of the dozens who showed for the exam were notified on a day where the temps were -10 degrees. Was told by a custodian the everything was closed. Had to reschedule and was so pissed and stressed out about the initial experience that I failed. Rescheduled the exam by phone and found out they'd scheduled me for the wrong exam. I was on the phone with a woman named Jessie for over an hour and she couldn't get me connected with a supervisor to make sure my exam will still take place on the day I took off of work to do it. Opened a "ticket" to get this corrected. Which unfortunately sounds like it's too little too late. Each day I take a vacation to take the exam is costing me over $350 to take a day off of work. This has been 3 days now. Unfortunately this is the only way to take the exam in my state. Pearson Vue is literally laughing all the way to the bank on the backs of the blue collar working class. Shame on them.
The proctors lacked professionalism and courtesy, providing short answers instead of clear guidance. There was no empathy shown during a stressful situation. After informing the proctor about needing a restroom break, my requests during the exam went unanswered. Due to an urgent need, I had to leave, and upon returning, the proctor had terminated the exam.

This behavior is unacceptable in a high-stakes exam environment. I informed the proctor about needing a restroom break before the exam, yet my repeated requests during the exam were ignored. Due to an urgent need, I had to leave for the restroom and returned in two minutes, only to find that the proctor had terminated my exam.
I prepared intensely for my certification exam, having successfully taken two others earlier this year. After waiting a long time for the proctor, my exam was abruptly canceled due to an alleged violation that was never explained. I didn't move from my spot while waiting, and there was no violation. Now I'm on hold with customer service for almost 30 minutes, and it feels like they don't care about the issues participants face. My previous successful experiences make this current situation completely unacceptable. I advise against using their services.
