I’m still waiting for my delivery! I ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror for my wife, lured by the enticing free next day delivery. I got the order confirmation quickly, and tracking details were sent as expected. However, the tracking just states it's out for delivery, and when the day passes, it updates to the next day's forecast. Clearly automated! Attempting to reach the delivery service, supposedly a specialist chosen by the seller, yielded a simple response: another email will come when the item is scanned for dispatch. Clearly, the tracking is automated, and neither company shows concern for the misinformation. This has been an extremely disappointing experience!
