I am still waiting for my delivery! I ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror for my wife, attracted by the promise of free next-day delivery. I received the order confirmation immediately, and tracking details were provided as expected. However, the tracking information only states that it's out for delivery, and when the day passes, it simply updates to a forecast for the next day. It's clearly all automated! When I attempted to contact the delivery service, which is supposedly a specialist company chosen by the seller, their response was just that I would receive another email when the item is scanned and dispatched. Again, it's evident that the tracking is automated, and neither company seems to care about the misinformation. This experience has been extremely disappointing so far!
