Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I ordered a mirror from the company four weeks ago, and it arrived with strange, permanent damage on the glass—streaks that cannot be cleaned. I was very disappointed as I didn't notice the defects until after I had already made large holes in my newly decorated walls using the thick screws provided. I contacted the support team and was asked to send pictures of the damage. I explained that I couldn't capture the defect in a photo, but it was extensive. Eventually, I managed to have the product collected, though it took several attempts since the first collection didn't happen despite me waiting at home all day. I was promised a replacement mirror without any faults. The new mirror arrived, and it had the exact same issue. I was devastated. When I inquired about the lack of quality control, I was told that there would now be measures in place due to these two faulty mirrors—though it felt a bit late for that. I was informed I could receive a refund, but that wasn't an option for me since I had already made alterations to my wall for this mirror. I had to settle for a damaged product, and what’s worse is that I still haven’t received any refund or compensation for the inconvenience and defective item I now have. I made five or six calls to the company, trying to follow up on this issue because I kept being given callbacks about a partial refund, but when I called back, I was told no discussions had taken place regarding my case. Eventually, a representative informed me that her manager stated they wouldn't issue a partial refund until they inspected the damaged mirror, which I returned 15 days ago. Overall, the customer service has been slow and inadequate, with no initiative taken. I’ve had to call repeatedly and almost plead for a refund that I rightfully deserve. I still haven't received anything, and I’m left with a damaged mirror. I regret my purchase from the company. Please ensure you inspect your products and honor your customers with appropriate refunds when necessary.
