Very disappointing experience with Pecron.
I placed order #3526 on February 20, and since then I have tried multiple times to contact customer support. I reached out via email, website chat, Facebook, and Instagram, but I have not received any response at all.
For a company selling expensive power stations, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers should at least receive a reply or an update about their order.
If this situation is not resolved soon, I will be forced to open a dispute with my payment provider.
I hope Pecron will finally respond and solve this issue.
