I'm unsure if I've spoken to one person or several in the so-called customer service team, as they never provided names. Whoever they are, they represent a poor excuse for a support team. I received an item that didn’t match the description—advertised with a zip pocket, but mine didn’t have one. The representative suggested I had cut it off. After repeatedly requesting an exchange for the correct item, they sent a return label but processed a refund instead, despite the exchange item still being in stock. When I followed up, they simply stated they couldn’t send an exchange. Utterly unhelpful and ignored my requests multiple times. I won’t buy from this brand again and will share this experience with my cycling community.
