The service was absolutely unacceptable! I received no call last night and a no show from the driver. I waited in Eldersburg for 5 hours which is 40 minutes from my home! I then called the towing company and no one answered. There is no excuse for me to not have gotten a call at the very least. Very displeased with this company.
