Was easy to submit my request for quote, which it gave immediately. Was a good price (better than local yards) and we got a check when they arrived to pick up the car. Very easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend Peddle to anyone selling their old car.

IVE SCHEDULED 3 APPOINTMENTS AND MISSED WORK FOR THEM TO NOT CALL, NOT SHOW UP, AND ACT AS IF RESCHEDULING WILL GIVE ME A BETTER OUTCOME!! 🗑️ They probably are selling my information overseas and abroad cause I've gained nothing but spam mail, false dates, bullshit ads and endless lies.
Risking my job for NOTHING 3x...I pray for nothing but the demise of this entire establishment/entity.

They should have you take pix in real time on the app of the car and documents so that is a for sure thing. I got an offer they came to get the car and when they got here they said something about the title will change the price. Which when he explained the reason I get it buttttt the issue is i didn't know that and we coulda saved time and money i WANTED to say no I'll sell it to someone else but since the tow truck was already there I felt obligated to say yes. It may not seem big to others but for ME 115$ CUT is a huge loss in the world of a single special needs parent! Maybe we should look harder into how the system works!
The service was absolutely unacceptable! I received no call last night and a no show from the driver. I waited in Eldersburg for 5 hours which is 40 minutes from my home! I then called the towing company and no one answered. There is no excuse for me to not have gotten a call at the very least. Very displeased with this company.
He kept me up to date on when he'd arrive by calling 1 hour our and again 10 minutes out. He was friendly, double checked everything and had my car hooked up and gone within 20 minutes!
All I can say is, Smooth sailing! They picked up my baby a day earlier. 😞
I signed, he handed me a check and I got paid. Just that simple! The customer service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Very nice personality and helpful! These are the guys to try.
Do not waste your money! I signed up for it and paid the fee that it wanted, and when I tried to sign in, it would not let me without wanting my credit card information or bank information! I do not want this app on my phone anymore and I want it canceled and there’s no way to cancel. There’s nothing showing where I can cancel. I will have to call my bank and report it as fraud.
My daughter’s car needed a new engine and we didn’t want to spend the money to fix it. But didn’t really know how to get rid of it. Peddle gave us a great offer. Better than would have probably got trying to sell it as a “mechanic’s special” on line.
Couple who came and picked up the car were very prompt and courteous.
And they handed me a check for the amount agreed upon.

My experience was very disappointing and let me tell you why before I even scheduled anything with them. I did my research looked at the the reviews and spoke not once but twice to the operators on the phone it seemed very legit very easy and no questions ask and the title get your check that’s not how it went down today, February 5
They were scheduled to come and pick up my 2017 ram Dodge pick up between seven and 11.
They did show up on time ,
when I walked outside there was a tow truck with a car already attached to it already,
a gentleman stepped out on the left-hand side and said hi I’m here to pick up your truck.
I said OK hi how are you doing?
Can I have your ID or drivers license so I can make a copy of it or take a photo he immediately said no we don’t do that,
I said OK well, I don’t even know who you are,
He pointed to the truck to show me the name,
I said OK si I asked him,
Do you have the check already?
He said yes,
once we have possession of the keys and the title I will write you out a check,
I looked at him confused and I said no , that’s not what I was told ,
I was told the check would be ready to go with the name already printed and not manually written ,
He said he wasn’t aware of that and the check would clear after they inspect the vehicle at their shop,
I said what do you mean the offer was for $2785,
he then said yes , but when we take it to the shop, the price will probably change after the inspection,
I said wait a minute ,
this is totally not what they told me , so you’re telling me that you could basically offer me $400 and there’s nothing I could do because you already have my vehicle and you have my my title, correct
So I looked at him and I said
I don’t feel comfortable at all.
This is not what I was told.
I feel like this was a misrepresentation because once you have my vehicle, you could do whatever you can because the title has already been handed to you signed and I said no thank you
I would be very suspicious with this company if you’re ever trying to sell your vehicle🧐
