Horrible. No humans run the email. The track n trace vague between 9am to 10pm and no up-to-date indication.First attempt: I wasn't home.Second attempt: I was home, doors open and with a note on the window and door. I get an email, no one home. I saw no one come by at all.I requested an address change twice to an well known central city office building that has daily postal, shipping, food delivery services.Address change acknowledged after.Third attempt: Can't deliver cause they try to deliver on a Saturday.Fourth Attempt: I get an email - The address you provide is incorrect. I replied with screen shots and google map links of this well known building's address.I hear nothing back anymore. That was Sept 1st and today is the 9th.No sorry.No follow up.Not even we are returning your package.I think there was never a first attempt.After reading all the horrible reviews, I believe they have lost/stolen my package.Their email is an automated reply and now it feels they have put me into Junk Mail.I have opened up another help desk request from a different email and I only received the same reply.Typically Dutch i don't care customer service and work attitude.
