What kind of company is this? The service is extremely poor. They do not respond to emails, and I don’t understand why they are keeping my package, which is worth 170euros. They claim that the package has been delivered, but I have not received it.

First delivery would be 16 feb 2026. At the time they came to my house I was not home. They send me a mail that they will deliver again at the 17 feb. I was the whole day at home. Then in the afternoon they send me a mail that I was not at home an they come again at the 19. Again I was home but nobody came. It is now 24 feb. I wrote already 4 emails to them starting at the 18th feb. I received one answer that they could not find my package and that they are looking for it.The other three they did not answer. I know one thing for sure: the delivery guy stole it. Unfortunately I can not prove it.I have to try to get my money back from AliExpress.
Extremely poor service, they hold back packages that should have already been delivered. They pretend you're not home, and neither are the neighbors. They have long 12-hour time slots, as if you're going to be sitting at home waiting all day. I hope this company goes bankrupt!
They don't deserve even 1. ZERO, sub ZERO - this is what they and their service deserve. First they managed ti ruin my Christmas by losing (stealing) the package that contained a gift for my friend. Less than 30 days after this - I did not get my package the size of the letter. They changed the status to "Delivered in person" on the website. But it's not clear to me whom they delivered and who that person was (maybe a buddy of the courier - my wildest guess), but there is NOTHING in the mail box. The worst situation is that there is no way to do anything about this. I'm super frustrated. The packages make all the way safely from distant China, but get lost on the last mile delivery thanks to PEDDLER. If there is any lawsuit gonna take place against this company, I will be happily among those who would like to join it to see them lose, pay fines and stop their operations. They don't deserve to operate in the Netherlands!
My package was supposed to be delivered between a week ago and past Tuesday (it’s Sunday now). Now since Wednesday the package has been ‘en route’ to my house every single day making me stay home while I have stuff to do, only for the package to not get here and get the same email the next morning
They Keep telling me they are going to deliver my packet between 09:00-21:00, but here we are days later with still no packet. Poor communication, poor costumer service and I honestly dont know why AliExpress works with them. Insane delay, and I've only heard bad stuff so far.
Peddler is unreliable, and no way to contact them. I have multiple delayed boxes and can't contact them as the only way to try to get in touch with peddler express is via an online form, chatbot or email. I tried them all and didn't get an answer from any of those channels.
