My spouse purchased several cans of dog food for our 8-year-old Labrador two months ago. When we opened the second can, it had a foul odor, a green tint, and was infested with maggots. Given that my dog was unwell the day before, I can only assume the first can was also contaminated. When I reached out to the customer service team, I was told to email them with photos. I received two replies, the last stating there were no issues at the facility, implying the can must have been damaged, which it wasn’t. Their lack of understanding about my dog's illness and the food contamination is appalling.
