We’ve tried this dog food before, and while our dogs would consume it, I found the overall quality lacking when compared to other brands. The ingredient list and scent were not appealing, and it didn’t appear to benefit their coats or digestion. It’s acceptable in a pinch, but after exploring other alternatives, I wouldn’t make an effort to purchase this again. There are higher quality options available at a comparable price.

My picky teacup chihuahua absolutely loves the pouches of choice cuts in gravy. I order them in bulk to save on costs. He enjoys two pouches daily while maintaining a healthy weight. (He also receives some crunchy treats for dental health since feeding only soft food isn’t ideal for dogs.) I wish he liked the crunchy variety from the same brand, but he refused to eat them, even going on a hunger strike. I’m very pleased with the pouches as they save me time on measuring his food daily and are less messy than cans. While some complain about the lack of recyclable packaging, many premium brands have the same issue, and I’ve tried several of those as well.
I bought a certain dog treat about four weeks ago, with a best before date of 12 06 2025, only to find them moldy upon opening the box. I've never had success with warranty claims, so I felt it was necessary to warn other buyers about this product.
My spouse purchased several cans of dog food for our 8-year-old Labrador two months ago. When we opened the second can, it had a foul odor, a green tint, and was infested with maggots. Given that my dog was unwell the day before, I can only assume the first can was also contaminated. When I reached out to the customer service team, I was told to email them with photos. I received two replies, the last stating there were no issues at the facility, implying the can must have been damaged, which it wasn’t. Their lack of understanding about my dog's illness and the food contamination is appalling.
I previously purchased this dog food, but in the last few weeks, they raised their prices by £3, making it the most expensive option available. As a result, I found other dog food that my dog enjoys, and I won’t be buying from this manufacturer again due to their greed.
