I understand that this can be subjective. I'm just writing how I, as a customer, feel :^)I ordered what were listed as universal rear shocks for my scoot. It took me 3 weeks to get the time to install them. When I finally had the time I realised they didn't fit my scooter (the length was correct, but the connection I needed was wrong - my scooter needs a U-shape connector as opposed to this ring shape these had).I raised the point with customer service and requested a refund or exchange (suggesting that they won't lose my custom, I just want something fit for purpose)However, the response I got was literally a copy & paste of their website saying that I can only request for refunds within 2 weeks.That was it. No more communication. I just got blanked after that and no more reponses from Ricky on webchat. Will have to sell these on eBay and buy from another supplier it seems.
