Serious concerns regarding this business

Serious concerns regarding customer treatment and order governance.I placed two legitimate orders using my own identity, payment method, and contact details. Both were cancelled without investigation or justification, solely due to unrelated historical activity at the same address.I was explicitly told I would receive a phone call if there were any issues — no call was made. Instead, I was dismissed and told to “use another supplier.”This raises serious concerns around customer fairness, escalation procedures, transparency, and governance standards. Businesses operating this way risk reputational damage and regulatory scrutiny.Would strongly advise leadership review of internal policies and customer handling processes.

First Class Service..Honest Review 👍😃

After reading recent reviews I was a bit apprehensive with regards to ordering from Pedparts, but thought, pay by credit card just in case.Well, all I can say is that in my experience they were brilliant 🤩 I easily used there web site and ordered online rear Vespa GTS rack. I had looked across the internet and Pedparts were the best on price, product and availability.Once ordered within 5 minutes I received notification with regards to product purchase and timescales.Within 24hrs I got a further notification with regards to courier (Royal Mail 24hr signed)I did contact Pedparts via there message service and they responded within the hour and dealt with my question and confirmed item was in stock.The item arrived within given timescales, well packaged and all intact and just as described.From my point of view the whole experience was as good as Amazon, kept upto date all the way, well packaged and price wise, yes it was better than Amazon 😃This is a genuine review from myself. It’s easy to lambast a company for poor service and rightly so, but it’s more rewarding giving a genuine positive review when you have had a great buying experience.Thanks John D

Customer service is the worst i came across. First and last time i buy from them.AVOID THEM and buy elsewhere you will be better off.Customer service is rude and not helpful.

AVOID AVOIDOrdered engine parts at over £350. Arrived scored and damaged then blamed the garage for fitting them and causing damage which they hadn’t. The gaskets were still in sealed bags! Didn’t want me to return and stated would be my cost both ways. When garage also emailed the company they then suggested the parts I had photographed weren’t theirs. So I cannot return as the evidence is they simply will keep my money. Aggressive customer’service’ that make unfounded allegations rather than supporting the customer. Just horrible people.

Terrible

Terrible. Sold me a cheap copy stator that was faulty …and also scored my flywheel (I didn’t mind, I just wanted a replacement part that actually worked). They told me to send the part back. Never refunded me and don’t respond.

false adverts and hidden costs , customer service is run by dumbs asses who struggle to tie there own shoe laces , poor company etheics when threat customers like crap take orders take your money just because you have a dispute scammers of the highest order.....PEOPLE BE CARFUL WITH THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS TERRIBLE COMPANY I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS.😡

RUDE AND INCOMPETENT

As per all the other negative reviews these guys are SO RUDE. ordered a part for my scooter that was advertised fasley and incorrectly photographed when I raised this issue I was met by passive aggressive comments acting like it was my fault they listed something with the wrong picture/description, I exchanged for another part (with me footing the bill for postage) that they recommended and it STILL didn't fit. I raised it again and they implied it was my fault and I was incompetent even though I literally had to get a mechanic to bend the exhaust pipe to make it fit. Shoddy parts and vile service
