Update again even though they have said this ive told the customer service agent and they won't escalate this it is very much wasting my time back and fourth Update because there system has messed up i ither have to pay the 3.99 again or lose the pand p this is absolutely disgracefull off any company this is ur fault yet punishing us colustomers will not be purchasing anything from you again and I expect speedy replies ive said i want my money back onto the payment card I dont want a voucher I want my money back on my payment card disgracefull company There website says that the quickest way to get in contact is via live chat I was sat in there live chat from friday 10 of april 2026 from 5 no one got back to me till Saturday 11th of April 2026 was saying agent joining as I orderd something and there system did not send my full address so now im sat here worrying because it has not got my number off the house on it I will have to pay 3.99 again for it to be deliverd agent got back to me and said this morning as its already been fulfilled m and its a automated warehouse we cant do anything they cant cancel or change anything even in a automated warehouse you can cancel orders probably won't hear from them till tomorow now as all they seem to do is one sentence a day bad customer service bad public relation im being penalised for your ai mess up and having to ither pay a extra 3.99 which takes it to over 45 or get a refuns minus money actally it should be ur making sure addresses have numbers on when a order is put in and contact buyer if no house number is put in disgracefull and no apolergy
