i always endorse this company at

Put an order in for several items from their site which stated a specific Best Before Date. Submitted the order and all the food arrived with every single item being months out of date.Decided this website is either a con or a scam but it’s not worth trying to send the items back or getting a refund. If you are ok with eating expired food by all means their delivery was quick. What irritated me though the food was advertised as being in date or short shelf life. They even put a best before date (clearly a fake one) on the website but what you get does not have that date on it.Every item was out of date by a fair margin.Avoid unless you are really desperate for food, even then I would point people to food banks as opposed to this.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Order arrived in a plastic bag as cardboard box had burst at both ends. Items missing. Couldn’t email customer services due to an error and live chat ignored my messages after sending photos. Now I need to raise it with credit card company. Avoid this company at all costs.
This company seemed ok at start but everyone should be aware if you have an issue they will literally not listen to a word you tell them .I placed an order with them 13 days ago .The order has still not been processed and they will not refund me .All e mails with someone called Michael completely ignore my request .No goods and no refund so far not best impressed
It was impressive in that my order arrived the very next day. The order was complete, and well packaged.
But disappointingly the 10% extra discount code was not applied automatically, which tarnished my first experience of Peeko😢
Part of my order was missing, contacted them via live chat, after initially responding they now are not responding at all. Unable to start a new chat and when I try to contact via the email form it comes up as ‘error’. No phone number to call. Completely unacceptable that I have to chase and chase with no response when they are the ones who messed up my order. Have always ordered from discount dragon in the past with no problems so whoever has taken over is no good. Terrible customer service actually -there isn’t any customer service. AVOID
I made an order to Discount Dragon, who have been rebranded Peeko recently. 5 out of 6 jars of one order line was missing from my order. I tried to raise this via the web form which is currently not working, and Peeko’s AI chat. The AI chat on the first attempt found my order, and matched details of what was missing but did not connect me to an agent successfully to discuss the issue. The next morning I used a different web browser to try again and this time it is telling me my order number cannot be found, and again an agent has not as yet reached out on the chat or email to try to resolve my issue. The fact that the contact channels do not seem to be effective, and the lack of a number to speak to somebody on shows terrible customer service. I am a previously a regular customer of Discount Dragon but would not advise using Peeko based on this experience. The response from Dominic from peeko below is unfortunately not very helpful as none of the contact channels have been working for me today and I do not have a number to call. Please could Customer Service at Peeko contact me directly via my account where my email address is stored to rectify this issue. Asking me to contact Customer Service when the channels I can find on the website and not working isn’t really an acceptable response. Finally found a generic email address after a bit of googling, hopefully I get a satisfactory and timely response to my message.
