(Edit to add: They contacted me today and couldnt even get my name right despite my first and last name showing in the support chat! And still no closer to actually getting my order.) I've had a really bad first experience of this company. I placed my order with 48hr shipping on 28th March. I contacted them on Wednesday 1st April requesting an update as my order hadn't been processed or even shipped yet. I was told to wait another 24hrs and my order would be raised with the team. Its now Good Friday, my order is still "processing" and obviously won't be shipped now until at least Tuesday 7th April at the earliest. So with 48hr shipping it would arrive on Thursday 9th, a full 12 days after I placed my order. I have since contacted them to cancel my order but only get automated responses. Happy to take my money but won't actually send the things I paid for!
