I spent £46.95 and my items divided into 3 parcels. They took nearly a week for me to receive them and in fact I am still waiting on 1`missing item. Have sat for quite a while in their 'instant chat' still waiting for a support agent and would email however it is surprisingly not working which could be seen as quite dubious and could put the companies legitimacy into question as they reveal their new branding. It is worrying because if a company can't deal with any issues through their customer service nor investigate missing items, how secure is their site with regard to our personal information and bank details?
