Placed my most recent order & was looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately I had to wait longer than usual - no explanation given when I queried this. I was then given conflicting information via email - one stating my parcel had been delivered & another one (approx 2 hours later) stating there was an issue with delivery as "no-one was at home to receive it". Not usually an issue as the courier just leaves it inside the porch. Once I opened the parcel, the contents inside were ruined due to a bottle leaking. I've emailed customer service twice now, but no-one seems to want to respond. I have been a very frequent customer but am seriously considering taking my custom elsewhere
