My eyes used to water almost every single day. I tried every eye drop and nothing worked. Since I have been using this my eyes haven’t watered one single day! It’s a miracle & I am so happy I finally found something that works. My eyes aren’t ever puffy anymore either. Added bonus!
Two weeks in using the heated wand. So far I love it and feel it is helping. Can only use the the heat and vibration modes due to my autoimmune disease, but that is fine because I only need the heat and vibration part. Wand is better than the eye mask I have that is supposed to do the same thing. Easy to order, delivered in timely manner, easy to charge.
The products are really good and they are helping my dry eyes which is something hard to find since dry eyes are not easy to treat and find something that works. It’s still early, I started using a few time ago, but my eyes feel better, which didn’t happen for a long time. The customer service is excellent, they’re open to solve everything and have a really fast response. No regrets. I’ll definitely buy again.
The eye stick is really easy to put on and glides very easy on your under eye skin. It makes my eye area feel very moisturized and soft. I’ve been waking up with my eyes looking less red and irritated. I definitely enjoy this product and will continue to use it!
Customer service is great. I love the products. The only thing is that the makeup remover sometimes makes my eyes blurry. I think I've fully washed it out, but a little still remains and I can feel it stuck in my eye and makes my vision blurry.

Excellent products! I've been using the eye balm and rescue lidstick for about 2 weeks and my lids and area around my eyes feels much better already. I love that the balm is a gentle makeup remover as I typically wear a waterproof mascara that was hard to remove and I think was causing some lashes to fall out during the removal process. I'm hoping this more gentle routine will help my lashes as well. I'm now waiting on the arrival of the dark circle lidstick to see an improvement with my dark circles.
love the products, my eyes feel 100% better! Prior to use I was constantly having the, "something is in my eye" feeling and using eye drops or resorting to splashing them with water. the only small improvement I would like is the eye spray comes out too hard, too much and most of it immediately rolls down my face. A finer mist would be so much better.
What great products! Started with the eye balm after glaucoma surgery and drops just decimated the skin-dry, dark circles and a weirdly peely nose bridge-on my oily skin!! Eye balm is the perfect remedy, I use mainly at night but it’s winter so have used it both AM & PM and it makes such a difference in both feel and look and without clogged pores. Coconut oil is said to be the safest bet for rescue on facial skin and I believe it! Recently ordered Lid Stick to complement the eye balm treatment and hopefully keep up the comfort come spring & summer.
