An excellent store for several reasons:
1) although it's based outside the UK, the delivery is quick and there are no issues with customs or taxes (they handle this well) so no unpleasant surprises.
2) a fantastic variety of high-quality products that are nicely packaged.
3) very competitive pricing (I haven't found some items cheaper within the UK).
4) they always include a few samples to try, which is a lovely gesture. I have placed multiple orders with this store and will definitely continue to do so - highly recommended.

Fraudulent company. They took my money for a collector's item perfume and then never delivered it. The tracking indicates it cannot be delivered, but I've had no issues receiving other orders. The company doesn't respond to any of my emails, and the provided email address is not functional—my last email bounced back because the address isn't recognized, and their chatbot is unhelpful. It understood my inquiries until I mentioned 'Refund,' and then it replied, 'I'm still learning every day, please rephrase the help you require.' Clearly a fraudulent company.
Shipping was straightforward and quick, but my order took a slightly different route. I live in Croatia and sent the package to Germany to my cousin, who then forwarded it to me in Croatia. Shipping to Germany is free over €50, but to Croatia, free shipping starts at €250, which is much higher than in Germany. Living in Croatia, I feel like we're treated differently despite being in the European Union. I love your products and would likely order more often if the conditions were the same as when ordering from Germany. If that were the case, I'd give you five stars. Best regards.
