My experience with this online shopping platform has been incredibly frustrating. After seeing an advertisement, I ordered a phone case, believing the business was reliable due to its large following. I placed my order on 27th November and was assured it would arrive within 4 days. On the 5th day, when I called for an update, I was informed the item was 'out of stock' and would be shipped in 2 days. As of today, 7th December, I still haven't received anything. There has been no communication, the tracking feature doesn't work, and their contact number is unavailable. This situation feels highly unprofessional and misleading. I intend to file a complaint with the consumer forum to prevent this from happening to others. I cannot recommend this service at all.
