This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve encountered. I ordered a phone case from a seller after seeing their advertisement on social media, and with their substantial following, I assumed the business was reliable. I placed my order on November 27th, and during the confirmation call, I was informed that the product would arrive within 4 days. On the 5th day, when I called to inquire about the status, I was told that the item was “out of stock” and would ship in the next 2 days. Today is December 7th, and I still haven’t received anything. There has been no communication, the tracking portal is non-functional, and now their phone number is not operational. This experience feels entirely unprofessional and misleading. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer forum because what happened to me should not happen to anyone else. I would not recommend this seller at all.
