I bought flight tickets through Pelikan.sk and my experience was very negative.The price was about 40% higher than if I had booked the ticket directly. I assumed the difference included cabin baggage or some additional service, because the website stated “10 kg cabin baggage”.In reality, it turned out to be only a small backpack, which is already included in the basic ticket anyway.So I paid significantly more and received absolutely no added value. On the contrary, the whole process was more complicated than booking directly with the airline.Another issue was contacting customer support. They answered the phone only after about the eighth attempt. When I tried to resolve the situation and cancel the booking, they told me I should have called immediately.Which I actually did, but nobody answered.For me this service is completely unnecessary. It only makes tickets more expensive and complicates communication.Next time I will book directly with the airline.
