Purchased an air rifle and everything went perfectly. Decent communication and delivered when expected.
Later, purchased 3 tins of pellets, and experience has been much worse.
Ordered on Sunday, so expected dispatch on Monday. Order was dispatched on Tuesday, with an email to say a tracking number would follow. It didn't so I had to call them the next day (Wednesday) for a tracking number.
At that point I was told my order had been dispatched with a product missing because it was out of stock. If I hadn't called I wouldn't have known until the order arrived.
The order arrived a couple of days later (Friday) including a note about the missing item, explaining that it would follow when back in stock.
Almost a week later (Thursday morning) I emailed to ask if there was any update on the missing product. As of Friday afternoon I haven't heard anything.
I know that none of this is "the end of the world", but I think it's fair to expect much better communication from an e-commerce business these days 🤷♂️
