My experience was good,however, my only issue with Pelsbarn was when I ordered my two mats my email said 8-9 business days to receive my product. It was more like 15 days. When I ordered the product i had gotten the mats for my cats actually. One of my cats sleeps on it all the time! The other one I ended up giving to my friend who takes care of 3 Feralcats. The mother and two babies lay on it a lot. The weather has been in the 90’s in Michigan. So the kitties use it all the time!!!! THANK YOU from the kitties
