I ordered the special where you buy one bed you get one. There was an error with the initial shipment but Pelsbarn was quick to resolve it! They are fabulous to work. I would order from them again without question. What a wonderful organization.

I was very surprised at how the 'Original Pelsbarn Calming bed' was so thin and flimsy. For the cost of this product I should have just bought a soft blanket to put on the couch. I feel the product is very overpriced for the lack of quality

If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. I purchased the $300 "Luxurious" full back seat protector in November 2025 to protect my light colored leather interior from my mini poodle's paw prints and drool. I placed the seat protector in my car around mid December and my dog travelled in the car about 7 times between that time and recently. About 2 weeks ago, I lifted the seat protector to find color transfer in the pattern of the silicon non-slip material. I was horrified and immediately brought my car to an auto detail shop in my neighborhood. They cleaned with leather cleaner but no improvement. I made an appointment with the dealership where I bought my car/service my car. That same day I reached out to Pelsbarn and sent pictures and explained the first attempt to clean my seats failed. They wrote back, recommending isopropyl rubbing alcohol - I was again horrified, because if I would have been stupid enough to actually try that terrible recommendation, it would have eaten the protective coat and dye out of my leather. Long/short, the dealership detailed my leather and determined the color transfer is likely due to chemicals used in the Pelsbarn product and my options would be to live with the stained seats (not an option), try having the leather painted (temporary fix and also not an option) or order a new seat from the manufacturer in Germany. My car is a 2025 model, purchased in 2024 and like new. I ordered the new backseat. I reached out to Pelsbarn again and included my receipts and additional pictures and requested a full reimbursement - approximately $2700. I also requested that they update information about this product causing irreparable damage to leather seats - because I found several reports of the same damage, dating back several years. They responded with an offer to send me $600 - along with a refund (obviously refund me the cost of the faulty product) and a link to their terms and conditions. Their T&C are weak and arguable, so I responded, requesting name/email for the representative I should have my attorney reach out to for further discussion. Now, the responses have stopped completely. This product is the opposite of luxury - it's flimsy and doesn't deliver on any of the advertised claims. Pelsbarn is negligent because they were aware of this issue. To make things worse, they continue to send me marketing messages multiple times a day, promoting the very product that damaged my seats and cost me thousands of dollars and time dealing with this foolishness that I cannot get back.

The beds we ordered we're too small so we went to send them back for a larger size and it was $62 to send them. We just received a box today from the company that was the exact box we sent back with the exact paperwork and beds we had sent them. The bed we got stays on the cough but my dog actually prefers sleeping without the pelsbarn beds. I do not recommend this company.

Exceptional Quality and Service

The quality of every item is outstanding. The material feels luxurious, incredibly soft, and is easy to maintain. They provide a wide range of styles in beds, calming blankets, and various other choices. Additionally, their customer support is remarkable! They reply to inquiries promptly and are very helpful in guiding you to make the best purchasing decision. Shipping is also fast, and their prices are highly competitive.

Grandpuppy Adored the Couch Beds

My grandpuppy adored the couch beds. They look elegant and stylish on our couches. The communication from the service was excellent. I appreciate that our purchase supports shelter animals. The holiday sale was a great bonus.

Great experience with returns and exchanges

I placed a few orders, and both times I made mistakes. The team made the return and replacement process straightforward. It's this excellent customer service combined with their outstanding products that makes them a fantastic choice. I will definitely keep ordering from them for my pet supplies.

Disappointing Experience with the Backseat Protector

I bought the so-called 'luxurious' full backseat protector for my two dogs, but it sadly does not meet that description. While it appears cozy in the pictures, the bottom is made of a hard board (which does help keep it stable) and the top layer is a very thin, low-quality faux fur. Despite securing my dogs with harnesses and seat belts, they slide around whenever I make a turn. There’s nothing for them to grip onto. It's simply a slick, thin fur layer over a hard surface, making it uncomfortable for them. I'm really let down considering the price, as I anticipated something much more plush and supportive. We've been using it for about a week, hoping the dogs would adapt, but they haven't. A thicker, genuinely plush layer on top would significantly improve the experience and better justify the 'luxury' label (and cost!).

Quick resolution to our minor issue, which was our mistake.

We received prompt attention to a minor issue that we caused. The response from this service exemplifies how it should be done. Many places I dealt with during the holidays were a nightmare. The customer support from this company has been swift and satisfying. Other businesses should look to them as a model.

Perfect Products for My Energetic Rescues

I have two energetic Chiweenie rescues, and I've bought several items from a certain company. My 10-year-olds absolutely adore their cozy, calming beds, blankets, and car cover. Thank you for such a well-crafted, safe, and soft range of products!
