I bought a BOGO of their cooling bed. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my heeler. They sent me instructions & "asked" not "required" me to send them a tracking number. I sent it to them but the tracking number was wrong & I no longer had the receipt with the tracking # on it. They said that they could not process my return/or exchange without it. They were unable to confirm or deny the package was received at their warehouse. I was told that they have no way to check that. So im unable to get a refund or exchange. They CANNOT prove that it was NOT received. WTF! I can't believe a company doesn't track receivables. Won't buy from them again & neither will my friends with dogs.
