I ordered the luxurious full backseat protector + free blanket. It was on "sale" for $299.00! I was hesitant at first but after some thinking I decided to order. I've never heard of this company but they had so many great reviews plus I apricated that they seem to be pro shelter pets. Shortly after placing my order I was sent multiple e-mails and truly it felt like I was being spammed! The tracking information was a joke but I did get my order and when it arrived to say I was let down would be an understatement. It does not fully cover the backseat of my 2015 Honda pilot it's a little short but what really made me mad was that when I started to set it up I realized one of the seat anchors was ripped! This company does advertise a 1 year warranty for manufacture defects but truly I don't trust this business and I wont be ordering again or returning their shoddy seat cover! I'll just have to make it work until it will eventually fall apart no different from a cheap car seat cover. I did e-mail them as soon as I got my delivery 11-7-2025 but it was after business hours and I don't expect anything from this company quite frankly. I hope that they do actually help shelter pets in need because somebody should benefit from my $299.00+ mistake!
