Pelsbarn has made me a lifer! I purchased two of the cooling mats and my dogs fell in LOVE! My boxer will stare at me until I get up and place his cooling blanket from the bed to the floor. Then I went and purchased the worry blankets. I have now bought 4! Then I went on to purchase the dog beds for cars for my grandpups and just go ahead and throw in the dog bed for vehicles for my big dogs in our new CanAm for the back seat. They LOVE it too! So, yes, I'm a lifer. There isn't anything I haven't loved or my dogs and granddogs haven't loved. Excellent quality and also love that they give to shelters. What more could you ask from a company?
