The staff are very responsive to any questions-They clearly value the customer and pet family outcome. Excellent products that my Senior Lab loved. Especially, the large cooling bed with a pillow for his head.I have a new small pup now. The calming blankets, Cooling mats, and car seats (cooling car seat & regular calming fabric) are pup tested and very cozy. The large (human carries it) tote bag-is a must! (It’s washable). It’s part of the necessary purchase experience.The corporate mission supports shelters and dogs in need. It’s a big win for everyone!
