Pelsbarn was very responsive and did a great job on getting Beta's cooling pads to me. They warned in advance that there could be a bit longer wait time than expected, so I was not worried about it. I wrote to them after the pads came to tell them how my dog responded to the products and they immediately got back to me. It was great.
