I have purchased cooling beds before because I have a dog with heart failure and she needs to keep cool and calm as possible . We live in So Fla. so this bed is a must. When I got the package, I could feel the cold through the package. It is so soft, cold more than cool and when your normal body temp(dogs) is 100.4 F then they need these.
