Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking number was the companies internal tracking number, and went back and forth on status. The item shipped from overseas, was tightly bound in a thin layer of plastic that had to be cut open carefully in order not to cut the bed. There was a very strong chemical smell and my dog wanted nothing to do with it. For the price I paid, the quality was awful; the fabric is like a shiny knit polyester, there is no support or padding so I can’t put this flat on the floor for my 7 year old dog, and the additional item I ordered was missing. There is a zipper but it’s only for removing the padding for the raised area, there is no filling in the rest of the bed. If my dog ever decides to try it I can see if it stays cool but right now I’m doubtful as it has been next to me for about 20 mins and is no longer cool in that area. Very expensive mistake; I can only hope that the donations to animals rescues is true.
