Great customer service! I had questions about cleaning the mats and the response was quick and friendly. These mats are amazing. I got two xl's for 2 large boxers and the summer is so hot and humid this year. They got right in them and they are so comfortable. I going to get the beds for upstairs. Love these. I didn't think they would be as chill as they are. I bought other mats and my dogs didn't bother with them these hold the chill and now I can watch a show without out all the pantingšThank youDenni A.
