If I could give a no star rating I would. I would strongly suggest doing your research on this company. Read every part of the website to include the terms of agreement - that alone should tell you there is/are/or will be issues with this company. I ordered products from Pelsbarn and it took almost a month to receive the items. Tracking information is horrible to almost non existent. Had to reach out multiple times to inquire about shipment and delivery. Oh and products are not shipping from US so stick on customs forever over a week. No instructions on how to use certain items either. Products are a bit cheap for what you pay. After reading reviews sending back for refund wasn’t worth time or effort. If getting the product took as long as it did and the effort I had to put in track it down - wasn’t worth trying to return I would recommend getting from Amazon. Poor service and products with little to know customer service. Chalking this loss of $150+ up to lesson learned. Run don’t walk away from this company!!
