The first backseat protector I was sent had defective zippers that failed almost immediately. When I spoke with customer service regarding this I felt like I had to defend my well-behaved 75lb. service dog’s use of the cover because of the way I was being questioned. After going back and forth with Alex in customer service and sending pictures to support my claim, I was assured the “upgraded” cover would come with “enhanced, locked zipper mechanisms specifically designed to provide your dog with greater security.” However, the zippers on the replacement protector only lasted a little bit longer. By the third week of light use, one of the middle zippers had broken and the side zippers were not staying up. The same failures as with the first protector sent to me. During my call with Alex she assured me that if this backseat protector also failed I would receive a full refund. Based on the reviews I’ve read, I have my doubts.
