Takes in an ordinate amount of shipping time. I ordered the Pel barn dog car seat bed for a trip that I was leaving on February 8. The order date was January 29. That day when I got my tracking email and realized that it was not going to make it in time for my departure. I frantically called the company on the same day. I requested to cancel the order. They said they could not it was already processing. I had stopped my mail, asked for that item to be returned by the post office, called the company two or three more times a total of 10 emails went back-and-forth urgently telling them to have the package sent back and not to be delivered. however, the package was delivered after getting an email saying they were sorry it was stuck in transit at a distribution center and would be delayed. Mind you I was already long gone as I left on February 8 at 9 o’clock in the morning. The item came five days later. When I contacted the company for a free return label, they said it would cost me $20-$30 plus a restocking fee to return the item which was almost half the price of what the item cost initially. Their customer service is horrendous. Their shipping time is just as bad. I don’t know about the quality of their product unfortunately it did look quite nice, but I guess since their customer service is so bad I will never find out. I did put a dispute in with my credit card company and we’ll see what happens. All I can say is I would never suggest buying from this company because it’s one thing to get a sale, but most importantly is how the company takes care of their customers after the sale.
